HIMAPOL plays an important role in helping Political Science students develop their personality and knowledge. Through various academic and non-academic activities, HIMAPOL encourages its members to continue learning and honing skills relevant to the political field. Regular discussions, seminars and workshops are a means for students to deepen their understanding of political theory and practice.

• Building Idealism and Patriotism

One of HIMAPOL’s main goals is to instill the values ​​of idealism, patriotism and nationalism in its members. HIMAPOL believes that Political Science students must have a strong vision and mission to bring positive change to the nation. Through activities such as national discussions, seminars on national history, and leadership training, HIMAPOL equips its members with a deep understanding of the importance of contributing to the country.

• Implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education

HIMAPOL is committed to realizing the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, namely education, research and community service. HIMAPOL is active in conducting research related to current political issues and publishing the results to benefit the wider community. Apart from that, HIMAPOL also holds community service programs, such as social activities, political education for the community, and political awareness campaigns.

HIMAPOL maintains strong relationships with various parties, including alumni, government institutions and community organizations.
